Privacy Policy

WorkforcePoint Solutions ("we," "us") provides payroll and workforce risk advisory services to US businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through workforcepointsolutions.com and in the course of our work, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've written it in plain English on purpose.

What we collect

• Information you send us. If you use our contact form, request the payroll self-audit checklist, or email us, we receive what you provide: typically your name, email address, company name, and your message.
• Scheduling information. If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects your name, email, and selected time under its own privacy policy.
• Client engagement materials. If you become a client, you may share payroll records, classifications, policies, and vendor invoices so we can perform your review.

We do not set tracking cookies, run advertising pixels, or buy data about you. Our web pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google processes your IP address to deliver the font files.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and deliver anything you requested (like the checklist).
• To perform the advisory services you engage us for.
• To send occasional relevant emails. Every marketing email we send includes a working unsubscribe link, and we honor it immediately.

What we never do

• We never sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We never share client engagement materials with third parties, except service providers needed to operate (e.g., email and hosting) or where the law requires it.

Client confidentiality

Documents you share for an assessment are treated as confidential, used solely to perform your review, and shared with no one outside the engagement. On request, we will delete or return your materials after the engagement closes.

Service providers

We use a small set of providers to operate: Google Workspace (email), Cloudflare (website hosting), Calendly (scheduling), and Google Fonts (typography). Each processes only what's needed for its function.

Retention & your rights

We keep correspondence and engagement records only as long as reasonably needed for business and legal purposes. You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you — email Joselly@workforcepointsolutions.com and we'll handle it promptly.
