WorkforcePoint Solutions is a payroll and workforce risk advisory firm, not a CPA or bookkeeping practice. We don't compete with your core services. When you spot a classification issue, an OT liability, or a compliance gap in a client's records, you can refer them to us — and earn 15% of the assessment fee when they complete it.

How the partnership works

Simple, transparent, no conflicts

You refer

You spot the risk in your client's books — a 1099 pile, a salaried employee under threshold, a PTO liability not on the balance sheet. You send them our way.

We assess

We do the workforce risk review: classification test, overtime calculation audit, PTO exposure, vendor review. We hand the client a fix-it report — we don't do taxes, bookkeeping, or audits.

You earn

When the client completes their assessment, you earn 15% of the fee. Quick Scan earns you $75. Full Audit earns you $150. No caps, no minimums, no contracts.

Will WorkforcePoint try to take over my client relationship?

No. We're scoped strictly to workforce risk: classification, overtime, PTO, and payroll compliance. We don't offer tax, accounting, or financial advisory services. Your client relationship is yours — we handle one specific problem and hand back a written report.

What documentation should I tell my client to gather?

The most useful starting documents are: 3 months of payroll records, a list of 1099 contractors with what they do and how their work is supervised, the payroll vendor invoice, and the employee handbook or PTO policy. The intake call with Joselly walks through exactly what's needed.

Do you work with businesses outside the US?

We focus exclusively on US businesses subject to FLSA, IRS, and DOL rules. Our assessments reference federal law and the laws of the state(s) the business operates in.
